      Access to team of extremely talented people both technical and in financial services. Somewhat flat organizational structure, with opportunity for everyone to have a voice. Not afraid of change and new ideas. Inclusive culture, challenged with pandemic remoteness, but making it work.

      Cons

      Platform very complex and can be difficult to grasp all things needed - takes time. Sometimes a loose managerial style can be detriment to some folks wanting more structure.

      Not much room for career growth at this time unfortunately. This doesn't seem to be any fault of the company itself, but rather the state of the industry at this time.
