Paid fairly well, usually around 45hrs a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

Cons

Routes can sometimes run wild in a sense. Don't take too long on a house, don't get them done too quickly. Too fast, they assume you didn't do something. Too long, some of your scheduled stops will get upset for not being right on time.
