Pros

Owners and management care about their employees. There is continuous training which benefits all employees. They are picky about who they hire. Owners and employees have high integrity. Customer service and standards are high. I was proud to work for Blue Sky.

Cons

Mandatory morning meeting once per week. It was a bit early and made the day long, but meetings are beneficial. It’s not much of a con. Lol
