Pros

Blue Sky is a great place to work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owners care about their employees and want to see you do well. Monday-Friday with a half Saturday every once in a while. Super easy job, just don't be lazy and work towards goals so you can have a good outcome. Pay is very good, full benefits, 401k. I am happy to come to work, love working for the company. Highly recommend if anyone is looking.

Cons

I don't have any cons except I wish the hour lunch could be broken up into 2 1/2 hours instead.

Amazing co-workers and management! Blue Sky really invest into their employees. Making sure everyone feels valued, and apart of the team. Definitely a dream team!
