Pros
Good pay, helpful managers, solid training. Run by intentional owners who want things to go smoothly and efficiently. Treatment protocols are tried and tested to make sure they work, which translates to the technician being able to have confidence in the effectiveness of their work.
Cons
You always have Sunday off, but you only get 1 Saturday a month off. All other weeks are split weekends. Routes can be all over the valley. You might end up 100 feet from home, or 1+ hour from home. The office staff schedule the routes which is nice because the technician doesn’t have to, but the tech doesn’t really have much control on the route, or size. Can be a pro or a con depending on one’s personality.
