Pros

Great work environment and culture. Excellent pay and benefits. Management and ownership are all hands on and run the business effectively, communication is clear and concise between all areas of the operation and the tech doesn't have to do anyone else's job. Everyone is a team and has a great attitude. You feel like you're a part of something good.

Cons

Very selective hiring process, and lots of evaluations before you can get a job offer. It's all worth it though.
