With in the last year management has been replaced and with new leadership comes new visions and direction. It is awesome to see team building and high energy levels. The leadership wants you to be the best that you can be and interacts with all as well as helps those that need to improve. Clear direction with accountability is provided. The new hire training programs are amazing and really helps you get started off on the right foot. Fast pace so the days does not drag on and on. Bonus money is a huge potential for all employees through Smart Home Services. I enjoy talking with customers about other products and services we offer.
Cons
Longer hours as you will be working until all jobs are completed but that is our job. It can be cold outside in the winter months but you can always go inside and warm up.
