Paid for travel and training. Managers are nice and helpful in one on one settings.
Cons
Required to sell lots of extra equipment people generally don't want and then berated in weekly meetings when goals aren't met. Less than 10% of company meets sales goal yet they just push it harder and add less and less desirable products.
