Pros

Work with some of the most talented people in software.

Cons

Leadership team expects everyone to sacrifice personal time and health because they refuse to staff appropriately. Work life balance doesn’t exist, it’s all about “running lean” and positioning the executive team for a huge cashout. Working day and night and weekends. Morale is low, burnout and attrition are high. Do not buy the reviews that all software companies are “fast paced”. This is not normal or healthy. Colleagues and their families share on these concerns. Several are on the job search. This company is bleeding it’s employees.
