Pros
The general staff is amazing, everyone is kind and helps each other learn. Most doctors are amazing and do their best to help the technical staff. Most techs care a lot about their patients and work extremely hard. Average compensation for a specialty technician in the area. A lot of resources, skill training opportunities, and there are a lot of different specialties you can learn from / positions you can grow into.
Cons
Severe burnout issues and intentional understaffing leading to poor medicine and patient care. Corporate decisions, favoritism, and poor management cause the hospital to be a negative place. Money is everything to this company, the doctors, techs, and patients suffer for it. New techs aren't appropriately onboarded. They'll cut your hours, not give appropriate raises, and facilitate unfair "levelling" exams in order not to compensate you as they should. I didn't stay very long after seeing how this place was run which is unfortunate considering most of the people seemed great to work with. Heard the other location was worse.
