      Changing the world for children with autism would not be possible without your help! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed working with the children, their families, as well as the BCBAs. It’s important to us that we are providing an environment where we are not only helping our clients but also supporting our team members along the way and helping them grow in their profession. Our goal is to provide a level playing field for all by offering several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses.       Pros

      The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

      Cons

      This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
