Pros

The kids and their families.

Cons

Operations manager = scheduler, recruiter, building maintenance, marketer, culture ambassador, and everything else under the sun. You are expected to do everything and make sense of it when it doesn’t make any. Pay is an absolute joke I’ve been with the company for several years and absolutely no real review or compensation. We are supposed to make the center profitable to earn a bonus when the P&L’s nickel and dime you and subtract paying the corporate office. Too many VP’s of everything! You all are always having to hire because no one will stay. OM’s get zero recognition or any monetary raises, but we are the ones cleaning up vomit, plunging toilets all while everyone gets to make beautiful flip books to add more work to our plate.

Pros

The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

Cons

This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
