      Very well organized company. Every question is answered quickly and all issues are addressed quickly. This is a great company to work for. I really feel like part of the team.

      Pros

      CEO really went out of his way to get feedback from employees. Made training opportunities easily available. I really felt like BlueWater had my back as an employee as long as I followed the rules.

      The health, vision, and dental benefits could be better.
