Where do I begin? The company suffers from excessive micromanagement, often focused on issues that have little impact. Roles and responsibilities are poorly defined, which creates confusion and a lack of accountability across the organization. Rather than taking responsibility for leadership shortcomings, senior management often shifts the blame onto lower management. Promotions appear to be based more on favoritism than on performance or merit. Salary increases are virtually nonexistent, and compensation remains well below the average for the high-tech industry.
