A good place to work if you enjoy standing around drinking coffee and gossiping about colleagues.

Cons

It used to be very different place some years ago. Nepotism is now in full force and only the favorites get promoted.

Pros

I’ve been here for going on 7 years and find myself content with virtually all aspects of the job. Management tends to be fairly transparent. Good place to learn.

Cons

Lack of overtime but this is due to economic factors currently.

Still a mostly good place to work if you don't expect career advancement.

Cons

Much worse than in the past. Zero, I mean ZERO incentive to excel. Promotions have become based on favoritism.
