An interesting company that promotes individual creativity. Culturally diverse place, although most of the employees are male. It's still a bit of a start up, with all the goods and bads that come with a non-rigid organisation.

Cons

Individual creativity is not rewarded with salary increases. In general, salaries are low.

Pros

I’ve been here for going on 7 years and find myself content with virtually all aspects of the job. Management tends to be fairly transparent. Good place to learn.

Cons

Lack of overtime but this is due to economic factors currently.

Still a mostly good place to work if you don't expect career advancement.

Cons

Much worse than in the past. Zero, I mean ZERO incentive to excel. Promotions have become based on favoritism.
