Interesting projects to work on. Business is booming and company is growing fast. Future outlook looks very promising.

Cons

Management style is rather old school and very top-down. Quite surprising for such a new and fairly small company.

I’ve been here for going on 7 years and find myself content with virtually all aspects of the job. Management tends to be fairly transparent. Good place to learn.

Cons

Lack of overtime but this is due to economic factors currently.

Still a mostly good place to work if you don't expect career advancement.

Cons

Much worse than in the past. Zero, I mean ZERO incentive to excel. Promotions have become based on favoritism.
