Pros

Almost nothing of value remains.

Cons

2–3 years ago, this was a completely different company. Employees were genuinely valued for their skills, knowledge, and effort. There was mutual respect, and real opportunities for growth. Success was based on merit and contribution. Now, unfortunately, things have changed dramatically. Most decisions are concentrated in the hands of a single person, which blocks initiative and innovation. Many key positions, including management roles, are held by individuals who lack the necessary competence but are favored for their compliance. Independent thinking is no longer welcomed. Many job openings appear to be formalities—candidates are often pre-selected, while the company promotes the illusion of an open and fair recruitment process. It’s discouraging for employees who genuinely want to grow within the company. Permanent contracts are now very hard to obtain, especially for new employees. Many are kept on temporary contracts for extended periods or hired through staffing agencies, without clear prospects or long-term stability. Salary increases are rare, and the sense of fairness has declined. Rules seem to apply differently depending on your position or personal connections. Some are granted flexibility and special treatment, while others face restrictions for the same situations. Employees who are no longer favored often find themselves quietly pushed aside despite polite communication on the surface. There is a lack of transparency. Promises are often vague and rarely fulfilled. Honest feedback is hard to get, and accountability is almost nonexistent

Pros

I’ve been here for going on 7 years and find myself content with virtually all aspects of the job. Management tends to be fairly transparent. Good place to learn.

Cons

Lack of overtime but this is due to economic factors currently.

Pros

Still a mostly good place to work if you don't expect career advancement.

Cons

Much worse than in the past. Zero, I mean ZERO incentive to excel. Promotions have become based on favoritism.
