Quite good restaurant if something have to find.

Cons

The founder and owner is a narcissist of the worst kind, leading with fear and immaterial warnings. The HR department supports this action. The only way to maintain your sanity is to leave before it's too late. Occupational health cannot help.

I’ve been here for going on 7 years and find myself content with virtually all aspects of the job. Management tends to be fairly transparent. Good place to learn.

Cons

Lack of overtime but this is due to economic factors currently.

Still a mostly good place to work if you don't expect career advancement.

Cons

Much worse than in the past. Zero, I mean ZERO incentive to excel. Promotions have become based on favoritism.
