      If you get your gratis its awesome but half the time upper management steals it.

      Cons

      This is the worst company I have EVER worked for and I have been in cosmetics for over 15 years. They stay open during all Holidays including Easter. They make you drive in snow storms and risk your life. They are so unethical it makes my skin crawl.

      Business hours and get to meet some great clients

      Cons

      Lack of recognition for hard workers. No pay increase. Some employees are getting paid 30+ an hour at most stores and complain about a couple of cents from pay increase where people like myself is getting paid $10 less with no pay increase. Full time employees will do the most work more than anyone else, including management. Management also receives the most recognition over the employees that do the most work. This company has been bought out by Macy’s so I don’t think they care to hear what employees have to say.
