      Pros

      Just free coffee and food. I never used this perk because the donuts always had insects crawling all over them, were stale and old and were absolutely repulsive.

      Cons

      Every single element here is a con. Management is TERRIBLE and will not help you, they will just yell at you and at customers. It seems like they get off to making you feel like crap. Work long hours for very little pay. No one is friendly at all. You are expected to know how to do everything from Day 1, and if you make one mistake you are instantly yelled at and talked down to.

      Very thoughtful benefit package including PTO, 401K Company culture is very positive The company is growing Work life balance is an important part of the company

      Maybe higher pay but nothing that is really notable as far as a negative

      Training is chaotic. 5 different people will tell you to do something 5 different ways. Co-workers are usually angry and rude.
