Pros
You're surrounded by many talented people. The CPO is an amazing mentor and thinker, and I didn't even work under him. The company works hard to create a progressive environment, and more often than not, values its employees and shows it. 100% paid health benefits and 100% paid 3 month maternity and paternity leave.
Cons
If the company survives the next five years at all, Blueport likely will be reduced to a platform/SaaS company only, with marketing, creative, customer service & other departments closing. Blueport laid off 10% of its employees in March '18, bc they are struggling to get new clients and existing clients are using fewer of their services. It's also hard to move up in your career unless you want to be a manager.
