      Pros

      The company is growing quickly, the people are (for the most part) great, and the management (both execs & team management) seem to value the employees. They have a clear mission and are working hard to execute it.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done and not enough people to do it; Recruiting/hiring & product development seem to be priorities but only for certain teams, while others get overlooked. There's room for improvement in the communication from the top down. Vacation policy is very bad (2 weeks), especially compared to other startups in the area

      Catered lunches, insurance benefits, internet stipend

      Cons

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.

      Free food, gym, insurance , hybrid schedule is kinda nice

      Cons

      Does not care about employees at all specifically Shari , and Makayla worst mangers to work under literally spring a random test on you then fire you for no reason Shari was very very rude also very difficult to move up in the company
