-this was a great place to start my sales career and I'm grateful for the people at BlueVine who helped me grow and really believed in me! -the people who work here are truly awesome and make it a fun place to be every day -management cares about the employees and invests in employee growth and wellness - specifically within the sales organization -great amenities in the office and fun events for the whole company -as the company continues to grow, the culture and start up feel remains in tact -I felt appropriately compensated and that management had out backs if there were any compensation structure changes -Management took time to educate us on the industry and give constructive feedback on performance -Eyal is an accessible and approachable CEO so it is easy to tell that good culture and management comes from the top down -Most prospects are inbound so no cold calling!

-small business financing can be a tough sell because it is somewhat expensive, but BlueVine has quality value props and if you are a good sales person then you got this!
