Below average total compensation compared to competitors in the valley 2. high attrition in 2021, hard to hire and retain great talent, at least at the tech side 3. management is not bold enough to pursue high risk / high reward path. This is reflected in all of their strategic decision making, new product development, cutting edge tech adoption, hiring & compensation practices, etc.
