Pros
After the pandemic and being home with my kids for so many years I never imagined I'd land a job with a company like this! The high starting base pay, benefits day one & supportive work environment are incredible. Their culture and inclusivity is a breath of fresh air!
Cons
The actually job can be very hard. Dealing with small businesses who rely on this account not only to support their passion & employees but also their families. Some clients can come in hot but BLUEVINE has absolute every option for support with these calls. I've never felt unseen or under valued.
