Pros

Bluewater is composed of a team of great people--we all care about each other and feel a real responsibility to each other as well as to Bluewater! We are led by Chris Bond, an amazing man who guides us with His gift of Christian faith. I am truly blessed to work for Bluewater!

Cons

The only thing that I can think of is that we get so busy sometimes we forget to relay information occasionally to each other; however, I think this happens in every place of employment.

Good customer base, mostly nice people, decent health benefits & unlimited PTO, company had to stop 401K contributions but since pay is so low, it would be difficult to contribute anyways.

Cons

It seems that if you are not in the "family", you are not going to have success in this firm. It's unfortunate that there's a lot of short term stints that end up in frustration and wasted time. Unrealistic expectations are set and unexpected changes are presented regularly. Not an easy place to work.
