Pros

Talented staff, unlimited PTO, great learning experience.

Cons

Ever-changing business focus and initiatives, company experiencing financial problems since mid-2019, recent 2020 lay-offs of very good staff, no growth opportunities, limited to no training, management changes every quarter. Certain management staff border-line abusive but never held accountable. Most of staff becoming more anxious and stressed as staff has been eliminated - having to do much more with less resources.

Good customer base, mostly nice people, decent health benefits & unlimited PTO, company had to stop 401K contributions but since pay is so low, it would be difficult to contribute anyways.

Cons

It seems that if you are not in the "family", you are not going to have success in this firm. It's unfortunate that there's a lot of short term stints that end up in frustration and wasted time. Unrealistic expectations are set and unexpected changes are presented regularly. Not an easy place to work.
