- Healthy, positive, fun environment is the number 1 pro - Management team is upbeat, hardworking, knowledgeable, eager to teach - Stays busy, learn every day, days go by fast - Team events help with bonding with the entire team & are fun! - Unlimited PTO/Medical care is little to no cost/Great salaries offered - Fun break room with pinball machines & collaboration writing wall - Beautiful brand new office - Flexible work from home/office policy for some

Every job has a con. I've been here for just under 4 months now. I don't have a con yet! I truly adore working here with this group.

Good customer base, mostly nice people, decent health benefits & unlimited PTO, company had to stop 401K contributions but since pay is so low, it would be difficult to contribute anyways.

Cons

It seems that if you are not in the "family", you are not going to have success in this firm. It's unfortunate that there's a lot of short term stints that end up in frustration and wasted time. Unrealistic expectations are set and unexpected changes are presented regularly. Not an easy place to work.
