Pros

- Great culture, focused on developing people to impact our customers and, in turn, the world - collaborative atmosphere that does so much more than give "teamwork" lip service - this is lived out EVERY day - Competitive salary, effective training and onboarding and opportunities for growth - Working with some of the most creative and intelligent, hard working and dedicated people around - Faith-based, family-first and strong advocate for work-life balance - Fun office environment (pinball machines!!) and intentional integration for virtual or hybrid team members - all are welcome!

Cons

If hard work is not something you want, this is not a great place for you. We have no one skating by, putting in minimal effort, etc.

Good customer base, mostly nice people, decent health benefits & unlimited PTO, company had to stop 401K contributions but since pay is so low, it would be difficult to contribute anyways.

Cons

It seems that if you are not in the "family", you are not going to have success in this firm. It's unfortunate that there's a lot of short term stints that end up in frustration and wasted time. Unrealistic expectations are set and unexpected changes are presented regularly. Not an easy place to work.
