- One main Pro is having Katie Garcia as your district manager! Shes one of the best Bosses you can ask for in this company. Also, genuinely the only manager that i have worked for that actually cares about you. Really professional and cares about her employees a lot and it shows!!!! - You get your own commission, basically meaning you make your own pay check! - Several opportunities to grow in the company and get raises. -Conor is a great store manager aswell, he cares about your growth personally & as a sales person as well. If you get to work for him, hes fun to be around too!
