Pros
Traditional retail sales position only. Management is great! They’re small enough to prioritize some of the employee complaints and issues posed to them, almost on the spot.
Cons
The pay scale for commissions is abysmally small. Specific to region it’s great for exceptionally few. You are yelled at and demeaned by customers and held accountable for everything that is wrong and barely thanked when you correct the mistake. Under-payed, unappreciated, and borderline abused. Morally reprehensible practices pitched by DM’s and upper management. Your sales are all that is used to gauge your success as an employee- ergo- customer exploitation is all but explicitly condoned.
