Pros
Bluleadz employs friendly people who are helpful and supportive. Benefits are good, nothing too different from the basics. Knowledge is important and I always appreciated how they put time and energy into employees education on the ever changing updates to HubSpot. They supplied us with an internal knowledge base to turn to, as well as set aside time/days for employees to catch up on certifications. Truly do believe upper management cares for employees.
Cons
While Bluleadz is a friendly and kind group of people - ultimately the cons outweigh the pros. If you do your research, you’ll find there is a lot of turnover and most employees don’t stay past a year, year and a half. With that much turnover, it is difficult to feel stable and sturdy with a revolving door. There is also not much transparency when it comes to who and why and when they leave. A lot is left in the dark. Another large issue and main point for those to leave (I’m assuming) is the mindset of quantity over quality when it comes to customers. It feels as if Bluleadz doesn’t believe in saying “no” or “not right now” to customers - so capacity is always over and it’s hard to not feel like you’re drowning and burning out quickly, feeling pressure to work way over in hours, just to get client work done. Additionally, there is not much room for growth and not many opportunities for pay raises or advancement in position. I don’t believe either that they weren’t aware of over capacity, more so just ignoring the fact because they knew most employees wouldn’t raise issue with it, being afraid to ask for help. Not a large issue, but pay is also below market average.
