Pros

Most of the employees are great people. Blytzpay has a very unique and diverse culture.

Cons

It is a very new company, much newer than management leads you to believe. If you are leaving a good career for Blytzpay I would think twice about it. They will lie to you and give you false promises. Do your research and know that they are very startup and will not give you simple things like goals, expectations, quotas, or commission checks.

Pros

We are all after an incredible mission and we do it with passion. In my opinion there's not much better than working with a great team. This team works hard and we move at a quick pace, which makes things fun. If you like to do the work there is a big opportunity to be apart of something great! I love working for a company that truly prioritizes helping the client and making sure they're taken care of! It's easy to say as a slogan, harder to do day to day and it's always front of mind.

I can't think of any cons of working here at the moment.
