working in a different place everyday, small business- everyone knows everyone, the bonus is a Christmas ham, very flexible with hours worked and last minute conflicts.

Cons

spend most of your day riding in a truck, being by yourself, or both. over all it is a wonderful company

free lunch, discounts on products, hours were 7-3 which allowed for a quick day

15 days of PTO, no sick days, zero flexibility to work from home, poor leadership, underpaid, misogynistic culture My experience at Boar’s Head ultimately led me to conclude that there was little opportunity for growth, inconsistent leadership, and a workplace culture that tolerated behavior I found unprofessional and, at times, discriminatory. The biggest lesson I learned at Boar’s Head is that hard work and loyalty are not enough when leadership has already decided who will and will not be given opportunities.
