      Awful management, Unfair HR process, No sick time, no PTO, bad overall benefits. If you had a doctor's appointment and needed to leave work, you still get a point, even after being approved even with a doctor excuse. The point system makes it impossible to keep a job.

      free lunch, discounts on products, hours were 7-3 which allowed for a quick day

      15 days of PTO, no sick days, zero flexibility to work from home, poor leadership, underpaid, misogynistic culture My experience at Boar’s Head ultimately led me to conclude that there was little opportunity for growth, inconsistent leadership, and a workplace culture that tolerated behavior I found unprofessional and, at times, discriminatory. The biggest lesson I learned at Boar’s Head is that hard work and loyalty are not enough when leadership has already decided who will and will not be given opportunities.
