Majority of the employees are amazing and there are some other members of management that are Great!

Cons

Toxic environment nobody is on the same page about anything. Everybody in management talks about the other person and smiles on their face..... horrible communication lack of support

free lunch, discounts on products, hours were 7-3 which allowed for a quick day

15 days of PTO, no sick days, zero flexibility to work from home, poor leadership, underpaid, misogynistic culture My experience at Boar’s Head ultimately led me to conclude that there was little opportunity for growth, inconsistent leadership, and a workplace culture that tolerated behavior I found unprofessional and, at times, discriminatory. The biggest lesson I learned at Boar’s Head is that hard work and loyalty are not enough when leadership has already decided who will and will not be given opportunities.
