      Pros

      BJU has an unusually caring work environment and positively communicative management. Additionally, I was able to get as many hours as I wanted in my position.

      Cons

      BJU has a lot of guidelines for employees, so some may find adherence challenging. Personally, I did fine and even enjoyed knowing what the expectations were and how to meet them.
