      Great people in the tech support tech. - Flexible work schedule if needed. Non-micro managed

      Cons

      Telemarketing company selling CAD-CAM software - You have to work there 5 years to get 2 weeks off. Running with bare min. computer for a CAD software

      Pros

      BobCAD-CAM allows you to learn all of the amazing skills it takes to be a manufacturing professional. While we provide CAD/CAM software to CNC users, there is such a mix of learning of working at a software company as well as learning the manufacturing trade to be able to offer best-in-class service to our customers!

      Cons

      BobCAD-CAM is a smaller company itself but owned by Harris Computer so we have all the great benefits of a large company. Because of the small size growth within the company can be difficult after you have found your role you fit best.
