Pros
Casual dress and comfortable work environment, management, fair pay with bonus and commission opportunities. I have worked there for a few years and enjoy my job and the people I work with.
Cons
There is vacation and personal time off. However, it would be nice for more time off or reward days given. Some furniture needs to be updated.

Pros
BobCAD-CAM allows you to learn all of the amazing skills it takes to be a manufacturing professional. While we provide CAD/CAM software to CNC users, there is such a mix of learning of working at a software company as well as learning the manufacturing trade to be able to offer best-in-class service to our customers!
Cons
BobCAD-CAM is a smaller company itself but owned by Harris Computer so we have all the great benefits of a large company. Because of the small size growth within the company can be difficult after you have found your role you fit best.
