      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Heck they still have a pension. Seniority based everyone is equal. A great place to learn valuable skills and trades.

      Cons

      It’s owned by Doosan. The thing with big corporations they don’t care about their employees. Same goes here. If the union wasn’t in there it would probably be hell on earth.
