Pros
Very vertically integrated which offers a lot of opportunities to expand or change your role. Bobcat is also very aggressive in making strides in many of their business areas to advance to the next level. This reinvestment in the company is important as it provides again for more opportunities.
Cons
Some disconnect between departments. I think the culture is headed in the right direction for a change to this dynamic.
