      I just love working there because I learned so much about building and some other stuff from their employees

      I just don't like how the boss treats people sometimes so I walk out from there.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
