      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Compared to other competing hotels and brands, this is a difficult property to work at. With high turn over and a lack of direction, carrying out your daily responsibilities become really difficult.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
