      Pros

      It will help you realize what type of life you don’t want to have. That in itself will push you to strive for more.

      Cons

      You cannot make a living in hospitality unless you stay in it for years. And nobody wants to work horrific hours for years upon years. In addition to that you’ll have to bend over for years in order to serve the guests.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
