      Amazing leadership team Amazing HR department ( they are actually friendly) Executive committee members are extremely supportive.

      Cons

      Can't think of of any. I'll just say would like an increase in salary.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
