      A wonderful company to work for, gained a lot of experience and worked with a wonderful group of people.

      The worst part of the job is dealing with the members who feel like they are entitled to many things

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
