A couple of token females in management and do not be mistaken - white men awarded with glory and promos for being part of the chummy bro club but failing at their actual job that they’re probably not qualified for in the first place. Women and people of color (none are in management roles) are removed or put into Chief of Staff roles (highly paid admin disguised as a “real opportunity”), or minimized if they don’t fall in line.
