Pros

- Cushy job with ok pay for working 40 hours/week - Not stressful - Great work life balance

Cons

- Horrible for diversity and inclusion in leadership layers. Heard some leaders make statements that would raise eyebrows, especially today! - Very cliquey. If you are not in the “popular clique” aligned to senior leadership, will not get promoted. - Need to be white or German and a suck up to advance. - Leadership clueless and will not challenge the norm. - Backstabbing. People will smile at you in the hallways but trash talk you behind the scenes. Feels like “California” where people are all smiles and superficial. - Old portfolio of products. Haven’t really gone into areas that is groundbreaking for the industry recently. - U.S. employees spending time in Germany is a complete waste of time. Company sees it as opportunity to advance your career by taking higher level roles when returning to the U.S. However, colleagues spend 3-4 years in boring Ingelheim, which is a good 45 min. - 1hr from Frankfurt.

Pros

Hybrid schedule. Some resources available.

Cons

I don’t know what happened but the site was very different than last time. A lot of toxicity from leadership. Refusing to address issues and place the blame on the employees.
