HR and Company Inaction: Despite multiple reports and investigations regarding the hiring manager’s behavior, no meaningful action was taken to address the issues, allowing the toxic environment to persist. 7. Mental Health Impact: Persistent hostility led to anxiety attacks and stress, forcing me to resign to protect my well-being. 8. Delayed HR Response: HR did not address concerns in a timely or effective manner, leaving issues unresolved.
